Tickets On-Line (PayPal): Purchase your tickets on-line through this GLAF website. Your tickets will be mailed to you, if time permits. Any tickets purchased the week of the event, will be held at the box office (in your name).

Tickets by Phone: Call the GLAF office at (301) 387-3082, Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm.   Have your credit card handy.

Tickets in Person: Come to the GLAF office.  We are located in a small tan building at the Western end of the campus of Garrett College, close to the Continuing Education Building and the Garrett Information Enterprise Center. The college is located on Mosser Road in McHenry, MD near Deep Creek Lake. Click here for directions.

GLAF Ticket, Cancellation & Door Policy

1. Advance ticket sales are available (during GLAF office hours) in person, via phone, or through the U. S. Postal Service. A $3.00 handling fee is applied to all credit card orders as well as personal check orders mailed to patrons. No tickets can be held at the Box Office without receipt of payment.
2. All ticket purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.
3. Tickets will serve as receipt of purchase. No paper receipts will be issued with the exception of credit card sales.
4. Tickets cannot be transferred from one performance to another.
5. If ticket holder gives the GLAF office a minimum of 48 hours advance notice that he/she will not be in attendance for a concert, GLAF reserves the right to “re-sell” the seat(s). Cost of ticket(s) will be the ticket holder's tax-deductible gift to GLAF; the ticket holder will be mailed a letter for tax purposes.
6. In the unlikely event of a concert cancellation*, a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder. To receive a full refund, ticket holder must return the ticket(s) to the GLAF office within seven (7) calendar days of the cancelled performance date. Any refunds requested beyond seven (7) calendar days will be the ticket holder's tax-deductible gift to GLAF; the ticket holder will be issued a letter for tax purposes.
7. Gates (doors) will open ½ hour prior to concert time stated on tickets.
8. Box Office will open 45 minutes prior to scheduled concert time.
9. For venues with no reserved seating, please plan to arrive ½ hour prior to performance time printed on ticket to ensure suitable seating. GLAF ushers will not be able to change ticket holder's seating.
10. All concerts are subject to change.

Seating: All seats are reserved in the auditorium of Garrett Community College.  All other venues have open seating.
