Garrett Lakes Arts Festival planned a bus trip to Wheeling, West Virginia on Friday, October 9 
so we could all be a part of the 80th Anniversary of the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra
and the reopening of the beautiful Capitol Music Hall. It was a wonderful evening.

GLAF attendees of the Wheeling Symphony's season opening concert at the Capitol Theatre in Wheeling WV pose with the evening's guest soloist, Zuill Bailey.  Mr. Bailey played Tchaikovsky's Variation on a Rococo Theme for cello and orchestra.  His performance was dynamic to say the least!
